ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Bidwarriors in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Bidwarriors concerning the Service.
NO WAIVER No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Bidwarriors failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
DISPUTES Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Bidwarriors Service, or to any products or sold or distributed by Bidwarriors or through Bidwarriors.com will be resolved by binding arbitration.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts/Tribunals in MACHILIPATNAM shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any disputes or suit arising out of this Agreement.
DISCLAIMER BIDWARRIORS ONLINE SMART SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to verify the validity of Bids and to disqualify any Bidder who tampers with the Bid process or who places a Bid that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Successful Bidder must provide proof of identity and proof of residency before the Product or Service will be transferred. Acceptance of alternate identification as verification is at the complete discretion of the Promoter.
